HipNotica Fitness – The Belly Dance Workout!

HipNotica Fitness is a unique group exercise class that uses Belly Dance music, movements and choreographies to deliver a low-impact and muscular conditioning workout that is fun, effective and completely HipNotizing!

Get lost in the contagious ethnic beats from the Middle East while you dance your way to a HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, more EMPOWERED YOU!

Single class $18 – 10 Class Package $150 (valid for 12 weeks)

Our HipNotica Fitness Instructors are trained dance and fitness professionals and maintain their Primary Group Exercise Certifications with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and/or the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as their CPRcertifications with the American Heart Association.

 Benefits:

  • Low-impact, which means there is no major stress on joints.
  • Unique variety of exotic and ethnic dance music from around the globe!
  • Classes are 50 minutes, providing a FAST yet effective workout so you can get back to your busy schedule.
  • Classes are taught barefoot giving the class an earthy, natural feel.  Sneakers may be worn, they are not necessary.

 What will I need to participate?

  • Exercise / dance attire.
  • A coin belt or hip scarf (optional, but fun!).
  • Capezio Half Sole Sandasols (available at Belly Motions), barefoot or sneakers.
  • A small towel and a bottle of water.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time.
