MELT Method Instructor
I am a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast as well as an advocate for lifestyle change. My passion is sharing with others the information and motivation they need to take charge of their health. My earlier experience includes teaching group exercise classes in various health clubs, creating exercise programs for club members and teaching nutrition principles. My education as a Registered Nurse and a degree in Health and Physical Education provide a diverse and comprehensive foundation. I prefer the holistic point of view focusing on prevention and wellness. After all, the body does have an inherent ability to restore and maintain optimal health.
I am excited about The MELT METHOD and what it can do for you. The MELT METHOD follows a proactive approach as it addresses the level of cause, and not just the symptoms. MELT can wake up your body’s natural ability to heal and facilitate relief from chronic pain, improve balance, stability and create a more efficient working body.
